How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive in 6–10 business days. We ship to Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and many countries across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Australian orders over $15 ship free. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How does the Arctic Freeze Mat work?
The mat is made from a breathable, temperature-regulating material that helps keep your dog cool in warm weather — no ice, water, or electricity needed. Just unfold it and place it in your dog's favorite spot, indoors or outdoors.
What happens if there's a problem with my order?
Email us at thearcticfreezemat@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a full refund or replacement — no need to send anything back.
What's your return policy?
