Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at thearcticfreezemat@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send you a full refund or a replacement, and you will not need to return the item.

Change of mind
Because of the nature of our shipping process, we do not currently accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
